MATERIAL

DOOR SHUTTER: Constructed pre tested ready to use Engineered German boards of 30mm to 64mm thickness with applicable dropdown, perimeter & intumescent seals at stile edges or as per test evidence.

DOOR FRAMES: Produced from in to Single rebate profile of size 100mm X 40mm (+/- 0.3mm) or Double Rebate profile of 140mm X 57mm (+/- 0.3mm) with applicable bending radius & architraves as per test evidence. Door Frames are supplied to knock-down form with butt joints for bolted assembly at site.

VISION GLASS: Vision Glass with 6/8/10mm thick clear glass can be provided.  The Vision Glass dimensions can be of 200mm X 300mm or 300mm X 300mm or as per test evidence. 

FINISH: The door frames and door shutters are finished with in required material including Laminate, veneer, Paint or polish.

IRONMONGERY: Stainless Steel Ball Bearing Butt Hinges 4”x3”x3mm thick are fixed flush to the frame & shutter.

LOCK & DOOR CLOSERS: Mortise Sash Lock, Dead Bolt, Latch, Panic Devices and Closers are provided as per suitability and requirement.

HANDLES:   Panic Bar, Lever Handles & D-Type handles can be provided as required.

FLUSH BOLTS: Concealed extended lever action flush bolts provided on the top of the door to the leading stile edge.

OPTIONS: Electro Magnetic Hold Open Device, Door Coordinator, Smoke Seals for Air tightness, Automatic Door Bottoms etc., can be provided if required.
